Hi Everyone,

It’s weird how things can change so quickly! I’m refering to the fact that just Monday of this week I mentioned on Mom’s Morning Show that I wanted to get rid of Single Mom’s Talk Radio. By the time the show was done, I had one email come through of someone that was interested. By Tuesday, I had an instant messenger conversation with another possible buyer. It ended up working out that the second prospective buyer became the purchaser - Shannon Smith.

It’s kind of a bittersweet post. The show has been on hiatus for about month but even though I wasn’t doing anything with it, it was still my ‘baby’. I’ve learned over the past couple years of being in business that focusing is really important. I’m at a point right now where Single Mom’s Talk Radio is not something I need, nor want, to be focusing on. I have to many other things on my plate so letting go of this was something I had to do.

Shannon has asked me to stay around as a guest blogger so in a way I’ll still be a part of my ‘baby’ I’m excited to know that Shannon has taken ownership. I’ve heard some of her ideas and she has some great ones!

So even though I’m saying good bye to the show, I’ll still be a familiar face around here.

I’ve decided that I’m tired of Single Moms Talk Radio just sitting here and me not doing anything with it. I made the decision today that I am going to sell it. I know there has to be someone out that will put the time and effort into making it a success so it’s time to hand over the reigns.

I am asking $100.00 for it. This price includes a set of 27 PLR articles on online dating. I haven’t had a chance to rewrite them or get them added to the site. But they would be great content to add!

Unfortunately I’m putting Single Mom’s Talk Radio on Hiatus. I have to figure out the direction I want to go, I’ve got to come up with some content and book some guests. I’ve gotten bored listening to myself ramble and if I’m bored then I know my listeners are.

I’ll still be posting here periodically. And hopefully I’ll be producing a new show within the month. I’ve been given some great ideas for things to talk about…thanks everyone!

Ok I need 50 whips with a wet noodle (or however that saying goes). I’ve been a really cruddy show host! I haven’t gotten my show produced every single Tuesday like I had originally planned.

I’ve had some problems with cancellations of guests so instead of always having a back up plan like I know I should I just don’t do a show if a guest cancels. Not a good way to try to build up a steady stream of listeners!

So I need your help!
